Design Systems Lead

You will work on problems where the interface is the product. We are small enough that the person who designs a flow is the person who watches users struggle with it, and close enough to engineering that your work ships rather than becoming a deck.

What you will do

• Own problems end to end, from the first sketch to the shipped interface
• Talk to users regularly and bring what you learn back to the team
• Maintain and extend the design system rather than working around it
• Work in the browser with engineers, not just in Figma

What we are looking for

We care more about how you think than the exact list of technologies you have used. If you have done work like this before and can talk about the decisions you made and what you would change, we want to hear from you.
