Full-Stack Engineer

We are looking for someone who has shipped and maintained production systems, not just built them. You will own a service end to end: design, implementation, the on-call rotation that follows, and the decision to delete it when it stops earning its keep.

What you will do

• Design and ship features across the stack, with real ownership of what you build
• Take part in an on-call rotation that is genuinely quiet, because we invest in making it so
• Review other people’s work carefully and accept the same in return
• Write things down: decisions, trade-offs, and what you would do differently

What we are looking for

We care more about how you think than the exact list of technologies you have used. If you have done work like this before and can talk about the decisions you made and what you would change, we want to hear from you.
